PRESCRIPTION DRUGS BENEFITS

Prescription Drug Benefits are paid through GPP (General Prescription Program). Co-payments are $0 for generic brands, $10 for formulary name brands, and $25 for non-formulary brands. Remember to present your card each time you fill or refill a prescription. The yearly family maximum is $3,000. Contact the Fund Office for a copy of the Drug Formulary List.
