Other medical services are also covered. Eligible members and their covered dependents may access a participating panel of physicians assembled by the Fund. These providers have signed up directly with the Fund to provide covered services and accept the Plan's schedule of payment. Additionally, Magnacare's participating panel of Physicians, laboratories and other out-patient facilities can also be still be utilized. Services rendered by 456 providers and MagnaCare providers will not be subject to the Plan's Annual deductible. Each time a participating doctor is used, only a $10 co-pay will be required. Using a non-participating provider will mean that the $200 annual deductible must be met before any benefits are paid.

To protect against the cost of major illness, the Plan pays 100% of reasonable charges after a family member has had $5,000 of expenses in a calendar year . The Plan's lifetime maximum is currently $200,000 per family member
